This is where we will be listing services provided by Central
Pennsylvania small businesses. If you provide a service or know
someone who does and would like to see it listed here, please
contact me so that we may discuss it further.
Author-historian Susan Wert Vogt is
available as a speaker in the region of south central
Pennsylvania on the subjects she covers in her books including
her latest volume, "The World War II Years (of
Pennsylvania's Heartlands)."
In October 2003, the author was invited
to a reception at the Governor's mansion in Harrisburg, PA as
part of the 30th anniversary celebration of the Pennsylvania
Humanities Council which selects Commonwealth Speakers who
conduct presentations for historical societies, libraries,
literary societies and other civic organizations.
Author Vogt is available as a speaker
for public events where she is given some time to sign her books
after her presentation. For more info on scheduling Vogt as a
speaker for your particular civic organization, call (717)
566-5700.

Sometimes people who serve as webmasters can have intimidating
attitudes towards the novice who wants to
get a website established. Not so with Lon Diffenderfer,
who has a helpful, down-to-earth attitude and offers reasonable prices. Honesty and trust are also important
because, as webmaster, that person has
access to the inter-workings of a person's computer.
Lon's professionalism, plus the qualities listed above, make
for a comfortable fit between webmaster and
business person.
I highly recommend him.
